Young Artists Spotlight Festival

Putting York Region's Emerging Talent in the Spotlight

In 2011, Theatre Aurora presented The Aurora New Music Festival. The Festival's goal was to promote new music and young musicians in York Region. A nearly sold out performance makes us think that it achieved its goal.

This year, we are doing it a little different. Looking at our community, there is a ton of young talent, not just in music. So, Theatre Aurora is presenting The Young Artists Spotlight Festival.

The Young Artists Spotlight Festival will expand on the goals of The Aurora New Music Festival. The Festival will focus on promoting young artists of all art forms in a two night spectacular performance.

The Festival will feature Dance, Drama, Music, Visual Art, Poetry and Comedy all rolled together in one unique and entertaining festival. For more information, please send a message to spotlightfest@gmail.com.
